A. Call us at our main phone # and if it's after hours a page is sent out or you can email a maintenance request to us.
Q. Are maintenance requests handled promptly and adequately?
A. Yes, most repairs can be taken care of the same day.
Q. Will I receive a fair return of my deposit?
A. Yes, we will go over this with you at your move out inspection.
Q. Will my apartment be kept free of insects?
A. If you see insects, just call or email a request to us and we will contact a professional pest control company for extermination.
Q. What if I have an unexpected financial problem?
A. We can usually find a solution to any unexpected problems that occur, just talk with us before it gets out of hand.

Pet Policy
Pet Policy: We'll add $200.00 to the deposit and make it all refundable for some dogs and cats to be allowed in some properties, but unless agreed to in advance, "No Pets" will be allowed on the premises except for fish. Any tenant found to be in violation of the "No Pets" rule at any time, will be fined $200.00.
